Terms & Conditions:

Fox Cleaning (a subsidiary of A&L Cleaning LLC) provides residential house cleaning services under the following standard terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope & Home Preparation:
 

• Preparation: To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that homes be picked up and tidied prior to our arrival. If areas are blocked by clutter, our team may skip that area or charge an extra handling fee (upon prior agreement with management).

• Excluded Services: For health, safety, and operational reasons, our staff does not clean animal waste, perform laundry, wash dishes, or handle heavy trash removal.

• Sink & Dishes Policy: If dishes are left in the sink, our team will temporarily remove them, sanitize and clean the sink, and place the dishes back into the sink.
   

2. Payments & Fees:
 

• Payment Methods:

  • Prior to Service: Venmo or Zelle (due the day before service).

  • Day of Service: Cash or Check made payable to Fox Cleaning or A&L Cleaning LLC.

• Late Fees: Any payment not received within 48 hours post-service will incur a $10 late fee.

• Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to periodic adjustments to account for operational costs (insurance, workers' compensation, equipment, and payroll). Clients will always be given advance notice before any rate change takes effect.
   

3. Access to Property:
 

• Clients must provide reliable access to the home (keys, gate codes, garage codes, etc.).

• Please ensure Leah or management is promptly notified of any changes to entry codes or lockboxes to avoid lockout fees.
   

4. Liability & Damage:
 

• Fox Cleaning is fully insured and bonded under A&L Cleaning LLC.

• In the rare event that damage or breakage occurs during a service, our team will report it immediately, and management will contact you to resolve the matter promptly.
